PermaFix Mobile Scratch Repair LLC ("PermaFix") collects the information you send through our estimate form, by text, email or phone — your name, contact details, vehicle information, and photos — to give you an estimate and perform the repair you request.
We use it for that purpose and for follow-up about your estimate or repair. If you tell us it's OK, we may text you about your estimate; message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time. We don't sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (for example, email delivery and scheduling tools) and only as needed.
Photos of repairs may be used in our marketing only with the vehicle owner's permission, and never with license plates or personal information visible.
To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email justin@permafixpdx.com.
